TEXTILE DEFINING FORM

The project textile defining form is based on the song „Daydream“ by I hate models.
Starting from analysing the songs and defining prominent elements a form language was created: organic shapes vs a rigid system. Based on these findings an architectural model, typography and a digital publication was developed.

Based on the idea of the melody carving out space, taking a lot of space, competing with the rigid system the typography was created. Resulting in a silkscreened poster. The architecture model focuses on the idea that textile is defining the organic shapes.
